“I lost my whole set of Peter, Paul & Mary CDs a few years ago and thought they were gone forever. I was thrilled to find their replacements at Oldies! I ordered them on line and two weeks later, they appeared on my doorstep. Couldn't ask for better service.”

“Placed a large order it arrived quickley but was sent a record I didn't order and not sent one I ordered. I called to straighten out the order. I was told I would be emailed a rerturn mail label in 2-3 days. Waited a week, return label not sent. Called again this time spoke to a supervisor this time, was told the same thing. Waited a week still no return label, called again and spoke to the same supervisor. This time I let them know if I didn't receive the return label I would contact Paypal. Finally received the return label. I also received a refund as requested 2 days later. Wrong item that was sent was not even close to what was ordered, listed 15 were available in stock. When asked when this would be mailed they said it was on backorder, and restock date could'nt be given. Due to poor customer service won't be ordering from them again.”
