“I have been a fan of Oldies.com for quite sometime, but lately (I believe there may have been a management or ownership change there) ... lately I have run into numerous issues with misrepresention of items, stocking issues, customer service who have had theire hands tied by corporate, and other issues that have tainted my purchasing experience and desire to order in the future. “This rating is only for my most recent experience. I placed an order on June 5, 2024, and received a complete package on June 15, 2024. This is the fastest turnaround I have ever received from Oldies.com. I have been ordering from Oldies.com since around 2015 or so.”

“I have spent a lot of money on CD's from Oldies.com and have enjoyed the relationship immensly. I can find eveything I'm looking for. If a CD comes damaged they have taken care of my problem right away. I remain a loyal customer and will support Oldies for a long time.”

“Order #1337857 Shipment #1339683 Everything about the order process was ok EXCEPT one problem. 4 out of 12 items ordered were not chipped. I called customer service. First Problem: I placed the order May 26. It was delivered June 7. That is 12 days. Very slow. Second problem: The order says it shipped on May 30. No messages mentioned the fact that the order shipped short and 4 items would not be in the box. When I talked to customer service, I was told that the receipt would say what was backordered. It did not. Now, when I ordered the missing item, your inventory onscreen said there were 5 left. I ordered 4. I have people depending on me to get them those 4 items. IF you had told me on May 30 the item was backordered, I could have told my people then. So what am I going to tell them now? You people dropped the ball on my order. We are very disappointed.”
