“Awesome customer service. I had to call because I had a regional error on my dvd and it's not able to play in my player. They are sending me a return sticker and attempt to get it figured out and a replacement ordered. I also would like to point out I appreciated them putting a copy of receipt in the package cause I had lost their contact information (dropped my phone in cup of tea) so this made it easier to contact them with all data I needed on that receipt. Happy with that service. Hopefully will get my replacement soon.. :-)”

“A very rough confirmation process: frequently orders are shipped separately, with only a paper slip inside which says that items not included may ship separately. Well, will they or won't they? Also very slow: items listed as "in stock" are rarely actually shipped sooner than a week after order, which leads me to believe that their availability is highly dubious. I use them only because they're not amazon.com.”
