“I'm delighted that I never have to do inventory at Oldies. Com., though it's difficult not to try to imagine what this massive warehouse of music and video looks like. My interactions with their small staff have been cordial and unfailingly helpful, and my only reservation about the place is that availability cajoles me into buying product that didn't impress me that much when it was new. (Who really needed a CD of the Kalin Twins?) Since Tower Records closed, Oldies seems to me the best nostalgia store out there, and I'm grateful to them.”

“They usually have what I want not always but the prices are reasonable. On large orders they need to send out deliveries with signature required as I lost a very large order that was left on the city sidewalk by FedEx. People will take will take whatever is left on city sidewalk. Thank tou.”

“I ordered online and only received 5 of 10 items, which is not the first time this has happened. It came without explanation as to why the items were not shipped. This is a poor way to operate a business for the paying consumers. Called customer service and was told items are out of stock, but website shows items are available. Go figure.”
