“Short Shipped! I received only one out of three CDs I ordered. My account on their website says they shipped all three but an invoice that came with the shipment shows that they only shipped one and I have a $15 credit. But there is no indication if the other two will get shipped. Plus I paid $7.98 freight on a single $9.99 CD! UPDATE. I received a detailed email response and have spoken to customer service (who pick up quickly and know their stuff). I understand their refund/backorder policies a lot better now. Their systems are a bit old fashioned but I expect a refund in about 10 days.”

However, I have ordered several items that were in stock, to only found out they didn't have them after all, so their inventory system isn't very accurate. A recent order was delivered on time, though with two items missing, and a previous order took over a month to be delivered.”
