“I've ordered from them twice. The first time, they sent me a really warped record and a CD instead of a record (I don't own a CD player). It took weeks to get a refund. I must be a glutton for punishment because I tried to order from them again. One of the records I ordered wasn't shipped and no explanation was provided. This time they refunded my $ quickly. However, another record was obviously used and scratched. Their response was "we don't sell used records." However, in this case they did. Customer service is terrible and, in my experience, they sell a lot of defective items. AVOID!”
