“You guys did a great job processing my first order. I had inadvertently left off the space number for my sister's mobile park address. I phoned ur center & it was corrected to include the space number. She actually received this shipment4 days earlier than the projected date. You are now my "go to" place for dvds! Great customer service!!! Thank you.”

“I've ordered from them twice. The first time, they sent me a really warped record and a CD instead of a record (I don't own a CD player). It took weeks to get a refund. I must be a glutton for punishment because I tried to order from them again. One of the records I ordered wasn't shipped and no explanation was provided. This time they refunded my $ quickly. However, another record was obviously used and scratched. Their response was "we don't sell used records." However, in this case they did. Customer service is terrible and, in my experience, they sell a lot of defective items. AVOID!”
