“Just a complaint about how the 4 disc of music arrived. I know that as a company you have nothing to do with how the cd case may break but it does call attention that some center hubs that hold the music in place are sturdier than others. The manufacturer of these cases must take into account that cds get shipped and should design a cost effective way of ensuring that the discs don't fall off the hub and end up breaking off the tines with the shifting of the loose cds. The old solid-hubs were better.”

“For many years I have valued Oldies.com for its efforts to preserve and restore films that, otherwise, might never be seen, or even heard of. I even wrote a letter to Classic Images comparing Oldies.com, and Grapevine Video to the legendary Blackhawk film company as rescuers of our cinematic heritage. I was glad to see Oldies.com making available Olive films. I look forward to viewing my recent purchases.”

“Great stuff but were not able to complete my order. Upon delivery, I saw I had a credit for the item not delivered. However, the credit has not yet shown up on my payment vehicle. What is your process for credits?”
