“An order was placed on Aug. 21 for delivery to Arizona. The order was acknowledged that same day. Shipment was not started until Aug. 30. The shipment was sent to my former address in Idaho, even though I had selected the current address in Arizona where Oldies.com has been sending catalogs for over two years. If zero stars were an option, I would choose it.”

“Gave u 5 stars because everything I've ever ordered & received has made me very happy ; & I've been doing that since December 18 2019 . However I do have 2 'beefs' w/u : u r lousy w/ur returns - still waiting 4 my January 12 2020 3 CD return refund ! & when ordering by phone , which I do except 4 2 times , u need 2 fix the communication between the order takers & the warehouse . When you've called in an all available order , 'sometimes' u don't get an item(s) or u get a wrong item(s) . Not a fan !”
