“I have been ordering CDs (Comp0act Disc) from Oldies since 2012 and each and every CD that I have brought well over $5,000 worth has been excellent. Now I'm trying to buy some DVDs (Digital Video Disc) and I must say the quality of the discs is very poor and they will not play. Of the few that I have purchased only one out of five will play! Overall, I give Oldies four stars out of five they need to bump up their game on the dvd's Alpha Video has let me down on the DVDs!”

“I ordered for the FIRST time paid the extra 13 dollars for QUICK delivery,still took TWO phone calls and TWO weeks to get TWO items.dont pay the extra money,you wont get it quicker”

“Titles purchased sometimes get deleted from the shipment without any notice. Free economy shipping should be called pony express. Expect more than a month for some orders to arrive. Order processing status way too long. You either have it or you don’t, just put it in a box already.”

“I think you guys do a great job with the oldies. My complaint is that you have started naming the "Collectables" items as item number 7K2V7, 7K2V6, 7K2V5, etc. While that helps you with inventory, it really messes up a customer's desire to find a certain product. You guy used to name them as "Col-3456, Col-4689, Col-9976". PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE go back to labeling them with the appropriate "Col-????" number. PLEASE!!! Thank you.”

“They're mailing process is very slow. They advertise one to three business days to mail it's already been a week for me and my CDs still have not been mailed. I called and they said it would take 10 days why advertise one to three.”

It's slower at this time of year due to holiday order volume, sure. You'll want to pay attention to processing time. In-stock items that we have in our warehouse will ship quickly. Items that are available to purchase but have longer processing times might come from other suppliers, or are special order items. If you select "single shipment" during checkout, we'll hold the order until all product is assembled and ready to ship.

“Horrible customer service! 21 days processing! Advertising 2-4 day shipping! Refusing refund for 30 BUSINESS days! Two weeks before Christmas! Unbelievable! Extremely rude employees and “manager””

We show this order has been cancelled because the item was pulled from sale in the U.S., we're assuming this was due to a manufacturing issue or defect. A refund is pending, you should see it posted back to your PayPal account within the next 2-3 business days.
