I pre ordered a rug for delivery at the end of may. Payment has been taken but no rug. I have emailed numerous times. The first time I received a response with the promise it would arrive soon. After it still hadn’t arrived I stopped receiving replies to my emails asking for a delivery date. . Website is not working. I assume the company has closed. Very unhappy that no refund has been issued or that no contact has been made for customers with unfulfilled orders. Terrible.

Taken forever to get the goods ordered despite them taking the money straight away then one item was no longer available over a month later. Usually customer service is excellent but this time it has been non existent they didnt even respond to my email Wont be shopping with them again.

Have just received my tiskiwin lantern... on offer from £29 to £18. Don’t bother I would not pay £5!!! . Very cheap and nasty. ( Can’t give as present.. as intended... embarrassed)... shame

I ordered for a birthday present 3 weeks before the birthday. Heard nothing I chased this 3 times I was told via email that it had been upgraded to a next day delivery only to find that what Lesley actually meant was when it was finally dispatched this would be for the next day. I had to chase this further the day before the birthday at which point Lesley had to explain that her email was badly worded and next day delivery didn’t actually mean next day delivery. After my phone call with Lesley I sent a further email expressing my disappointment at the poor customer service. Lesley has assured me that things will be better in the future. It’s a shame I won’t be a future customer. The goods arrived on my friends birthday and I didn’t have time to check it through or wrap it. Thankfully my friend loves it. I’d hate to think how long it would take to return something
