“driver (Michael) met us at the airport as scheduled. He was courteous and helpful. Only issue was that he was not sure how much was the fare and whether we needed to sign a credit slip. When I checked on-line afterwards my Amex card had already been charged. I also signed a manual slip that he gave me to sign, so I hope I will not be charged twice!”

“The driver was late for pickup-the limo had not been cleaned from the previous client as the interior smelled of heavy smoke upon entering and empty bottles/used glassware were present. The driver was on time for the return trip and the limo interior had been tidied up although the trip was longer than expected due to a "wrong turn-early exit" resulting in touring through a "not so upscale" part of town. The driver was courteous.”

“Used Omni Limo for roundtrip airport transfer during our Vegas vacation this week. Our plane landed about 30 minutes early so I was very happy and pleasantly surprised that our driver was there waiting for us. As soon as we got off the plane, I received a text from the driver to let us know that he was there. The ride was great, the vehicle was impressive and clean and the driver very friendly and professional. Our hotel pick-up was equally great. The driver showed up about 15 minutes before pick-up time and even gave us tips for navigating the airport check-in, which saved us a bunch of time. Great experience overall. We will definitely use Omni again!”

“I reserved a Mercedes S-class vehicle and paid for that vehicle yet was picked up in a suburban and then returned to the airport in a Cadillac. The first driver was rude but the second driver at least apologized for the service issue. Pathetic organization and customer service.”
