“Morning, The item was delivered but still awaiting on the refund as promised as unpaid for 24 hour delivery which cost almost as much as the part and it did not arrive within 24 hours which did inconvenience me as I had set aside a day to stay put which was wasted.”

“I am disappointed that I cannot make my full portion of nut butter because it heats the mixture up and we use less oil. This changes the flavour of the product.”

“Only wish you guys would look at a stronger gear .. not sure if I am using the right term . It’s the part that the jugs slots into .. and also provide a tool , so customers can remove blade and clean jug much better .”

“I am enjoying my Omniblend so much! It is a very powerfull machine. I love the larger jug, which means I can make smoothies or nice cream for a crowd. It is easy to clean, if you follow the instruction of adding a little soap and water and blending it straight away. I also love the fact that all the parts can be bought seperate on the Omniblend website. I have blended, soups, curry sauces, cashew butter, pancake mix, smoothies and nice cream. It is really worth the investment especially if you want to live a healthier lifestyle. It makes it so much easier. The customer service and delivery time was also fast and effective. I love your product! Ankie”

“We sell quite a few of your units as we demo with your product only (we supply product to coffee shops that serve our product as a blended ice drink). I have raised this with Lisa from your offices - that I receive excellent service from - but it seems to be outside her mandate - I would like to know if Omniblend are willing to supply me with a carry case in which to carry the blender that we use to demo the product when the client does not yet own their own blender. It looks very unprofessional to walk in with the blender in a box - and is difficult to cart around with our products in containers and both hands tied up. The reason for the request is that it is the Omniblend blender that creates this challenge for us and was hoping that you could assist us in a solution. When the client already owns a blender, our product container and demo kit is small and easy to carry. (I'm Jacques Rossouw, the new owner that has taken over from Hein Olivier that you have as default contact person).”
