"I attempted to purchase a new Echo Show 8, from Onbuy. I was sent a refurbished Echo 5. I complained and was promised a replacement. I waited for over a week, during which I kept getting told it had been sent, I was even given a fake tracking number. I then requested a refund, which the response was to then send another refurbished Echo 5! Onbuy have also just brushed me off, I just keep getting the same response. I have used Onbuy a couple of times and there's never been an issue but the way they've dealt with this issue is atrocious!"

"I placed order recently and received faulty item contacted seller to resolve this issue but seller keep offering me partial refund which I don't and also contacted onbuy customer service to step in to resolve my issue but no luck which made me very disappointed and distressed and never buy anything from onbuy again."
