“Haven't used it since we are in our 90 days probation, so I can't say much about that. Kelly Harvey was super kind and answered a lot of my questions for signing up. The only thing is I signed up Jun 28th and was charged for July and then again charged on the 11th since I was signed up for auto pay. I was told i wouldnt be charged until Aug. They couldn't refund my money and it really messed with my budget.”

“Hello, I was mostly very satisfied with my enrollment experience. The customer service representatives were extremely helpful! However, after I signed up I continued to receive a phone call and voice message every day from different reps. I also received emails. Finally I was able to pick up the phone when they called and told them I already had an account and asked them to stop calling. Also, I am a little nervous because after I singed up for the plan I read really horrible reviews online. I will be trying to not use any services that I can't afford out of pocket this year because I do not feel confident that OneShare will pay for the things they say they will. I am excited for the Telehealth option though!”
