“I would have given it 5 stars. The reason I don’t is because I was enrolled before. 3 months went by when I didn’t have coverage. 3 months went by. When I reinstated insurance the price went up 300.00. I don’t get it.”
“Once I got through to a human, the process was fast and easy. Getting through to a human was a long and frustrating process. It took me a week of many calls a day and many dropped connections to finally get through. I also left multiple messages to have my calls returned with no action. That part of it was very frustrating!”
“My only experience with One share is speaking with the agent that sold me the policy. Lupe was informative and friendly. When I tried to call her back, the phone prompt system was not working. As I have not yet used the policy, I am forced to give a neutral rating of 3 stars.”
