“I’ve been a paying customer for almost 3 years. Unfortunately I lost my job and had to skip payment for 45 days until I got on my feet again. I spent 4 hours on the phone yesterday and almost 2 more hours today. Unfortunately I had to start the process all over and wait 90 days to get coverage. After all I have paid in with no claims, I feel like I’m being screwed. Extremely disappointing!”
“I canceled the membership the same day I enrolled. I was told I would’ve got a refund in 48/72 hours. Tomorrow it will be a week and still no refund. This company is a scam! Stay away”
“No impressed with customer service. Take forever to get a hold of a rep. They are quick to take your money. Tried to take $1.00 out of my account. Trying to cancel while discovering that this company is a scam within the first day. This company does not hold up their end of their promises.”
