“Worst company ever! Getting them to pay something is extremely difficult! They turn it down first and then in very small print give you 60 days to prove it is not pre-existing. The doctor sent them the info and they still turned it down but they wouldn't say clearly what they received and why it was turned down. I pray nothing bad happens to me before I hit medicare in two months because it is clear they avoid making payments like the plague!”
“I signed up with one share health, and found out after I signed up that there is a SIX MONTH WAIT for a visit to any kind of doctor to be covered. I was also told (and have an email from the representative) that I can send in cancellation notice with the date I wish to have the plan terminated. I did so and was then told I would have to pay for one extra month. Stay away!!”
“I’ve been a paying customer for almost 3 years. Unfortunately I lost my job and had to skip payment for 45 days until I got on my feet again. I spent 4 hours on the phone yesterday and almost 2 more hours today. Unfortunately I had to start the process all over and wait 90 days to get coverage. After all I have paid in with no claims, I feel like I’m being screwed. Extremely disappointing!”
“I canceled the membership the same day I enrolled. I was told I would’ve got a refund in 48/72 hours. Tomorrow it will be a week and still no refund. This company is a scam! Stay away”
“No impressed with customer service. Take forever to get a hold of a rep. They are quick to take your money. Tried to take $1.00 out of my account. Trying to cancel while discovering that this company is a scam within the first day. This company does not hold up their end of their promises.”
