“I do not have a printer to print out confirmation for parking. It is hard to believe that with today's technology that we need to waste time, energy and paper! I am going to cancel reservation”

Thank you Jackie for bringing this to our attention. We spoke with the hotel in question and had them revise this requirement. We provide our partners with various paperless methods for validating bookings and enforcement. The requirement to print has now been removed. We appreciate your feedback and hope you reconsider.
