“It was nice to park at the hotel get on the shuttle and be dropped off at the door of the airlines. Coming back was a little more difficult because the length of the wait for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The driver told us what had happened which made sense. He apologized for the delay.”

“I arrived at the hotel around 10:10 and waited 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The claim that the shuttle runs on demand is laughable, not to mention the lot was overflowing literally with vehicles being parked outside of the fenced in area. If I had to park outside the gate, I wouldn't consider that very "secure". May have to find an alternative to parking here in the future.”

“Smooth start, however no 24/7 return our plane delayed and the last shuttle ends at midnight, had we known we would have never parked at Quality Inn. All worked out in the end when I called for the pickup the driver said she made the last run, however she was nice and came to pick us up, thank the lord.”

“Departure was fine but pick up was very long. We are still waiting at 30 minutes. Multiple shuttles for other offsite locations come and go but ours doesn’t.”
