“OneStopParking has been a good provider of airport parking service for me in the past. Fast and convenient and reasonably priced. This particular booking there was a problem with the app or website initially so it took multiple attempts to book, but this was the exception to the rule, and ultimately the problem cleared up and the booking was completed.”

“Attempting to book a reservation, I accidentally booked two exact reservations for the same dates. Seeing the two charges on my online Visa account, i called and was fortunate to reach a very helpful person; a very polite and professional lady named Tiffany resolved my mistake and promptly processed a cancelation and a refund. I appreciate her understanding and helpfulness.”
