“Faultless Experience They had the exact replacement lock (ferco munster type) I needed, shipping was very reasonable for such an awkward item (2 metres long and thin) which was well packed in a thick cardboard tube. Best bit of all? at a bit over £40 it was less than half the cost of similar items for sale elsewhere. Definitely my first point of call next time. Paul C, Bedfordshire (non-trade)”

“I needed to replace an old multipoint lock on my conservatory door. Fairly straightforward I thought until I discovered that ours was long since out of date and there didn't seem to be an exact like for like replacement. With the help of Something Secure in Ealing, we were able to order the nearest solution from the Online Lock & Safe Centre. My thanks to Toni who was extremely patient and helpful during this process. Next day delivery expedited the job and the Something Secure locksmith was able to fit the new lock using impressive and well practiced skills which were necessary to accommodate subtle changes in the more modern design. I would definitely recommend both parties.”

“This was simply the best price I could find anywhere on the net for the lock i wanted. It was on back order when I ordered it but I was kept well informed and given then the option to cancel if I didn't want to wait. When I fitted the lock I had a problem with it but I found the customer service extremely good. I talked through the problem with their locksmith who explained exactly what was wrong and how to sort it. He was exactly right and I easily managed to sort everything out. It' really good and reassuring to know that they have actual experience of the products they are selling and can troubleshoot issues and quickly sort out the problem. Many thanks. I now have a backdoor we can both open and lock again! I will certainly be shopping here in the future as and when I need to replace anything else. Jon.”

“Googling for a replacement for my obsolete broken Fuhr multipoint lock, I came across the Online Lock & Safe Centre website where I stumbled on their list of "Multipoint Locks - Alternatives to Discontinued Products" in the "Knowledge Centre" (I say "stumbled" because I only found the list by chance; it should really come up as soon as one clicks on "Multipoint Locks"). The clear descriptions and drawings with measurements of the locks and recommended handles enabled me to identify with confidence the best replacement for my old lock. I found the price and delivery charge very reasonable. Delivery was very prompt and the lock fitted perfectly.”

Due to a change in our suppliers product and a delay on our part to update the website, the lock sent was not a Zone lock. It was however exactly the same type of lock but from Alpro which is a respected name in the industry. We offer our apologies that she was led, by a 3rd party locksmith, to believe that the lock was a cheap knockoff. We would have been perfectly happy to assure her that the item was legitimate (albeit not the brand expected) or, had that been unsatisfactory, we would have offered a full refund for the item. Sadly, for us, we were not given the opportunity to do that as the call only came after the negative review. I urge all readers to carefully consider leaving negative reviews until you have contacted the supplier as it affects our reputations unnecessarily.
