Also regarding the delivery, we cannot guarantee if it will be on time, as once Royal Mail collects it from our warehouse, it is out of our control; however, please do get in touch if your delivery is ever delayed. We can then contact the sorting office for an update to better assist you. We understand that in busy times things can get delayed from time to time, especially in busy periods or bad weather such as snow, etc. when severe weather warnings have been issued. “Sent the wrong item and email communication to resolve it was long and protracted. Eventually offered a refund if the item was returned but no offer to pay for postage so gave up. Then found "wrong item" didn't even work.”
Hi Anthony Sheppard, thank you for your review, we can confirm we have shipped you exactly what you had ordered, you contacted us asking us to replace what you had ordered from a x1 pack to x3 pack, when you had ordered a x1 pack and we had advised you that you are welcome to return this for a x3 pack. Please reach out to us as we are here to help you, unfortunately we do not pay for return postage of wrong items ordered however we are happy to exchange the items “dependant on what exactly that item is due to regulations” but in your case we can exchange this for a x3 pack.
