All well and good till something goes wrong with the product they sent. Broke within a matter of days and 4 months later still fighting to get either a refund or replacement sent. Absolutely appalling customer service and a warranty that doesn't get honoured so isn't worth anything.

Hi, Very poor customer service bought couple of times thing from this seller but unfortunately both times I had great disappointment not ready to solve my problem email them many times but get a response after a week which is useless means not willing to solve customer issue or problem faulty item delivered waisted my money for useless item my baby has grown but the item is still thier not arranging a return to refund money back I don't who to complain very rigid attitude has no respect of customer feelings I highly recommend don't buy anything from them as yuo may face of disappointment. Also no phone contact that means you have to wait for ages them to contact you as and when they like to contact you even if they contact they shall try delaying the matter as much as possible for no reason. I used online4baby to order an entire travel system for my baby. They used DPD to deliver it and it was delivered to a closed door that I don't recognise, with no note and wasn't signed for. DPD confirmed to me that the driver was at the incorrect GPS location and that they have 'resolved the case with the seller'. Online4baby won't reply to any emails, and do not have a working contact telephone number. They have clearly received my payment for the travel system, AND DPD's refund and are pocketing this without refunding me. DO NOT use this website, they do not care about customer service and are obviously money hungry. I am down £100s and can't do anything about it.

I placed an order on 14 May, they collected payment but then emailed me to say there would be a delay and I would get my order on 8 July. It’s now 24 July and no order and no contact from the company. I’ve emailed twice and just get a standard response blaming Covid. I have no idea when or if I will ever get my goods. They say they have a phone contact but there’s no number anywhere that I can find.

Terrible customer service- worst one I’ve experienced! My delivery came on time but was a bit chipped in some places- as the baby die soon didn’t bother with exchange as their service is disgusting and didn’t think would get a response! I’m sure their recent reviews on trust pilot are fake or delete bad ones! I have seen lots recently and now suddenly on 5-* are posted!!!😡

Online4baby used DPD to deliver a travel system, it was delivered to the wrong address and left somewhere in a hallway. Tracking photo showed a closed door with no door number visible. They have refused to refund me my number and have clearly given PayPal false shipping evidence as the case was closed in their favour. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

I am very disappointed with my first order with Online4Baby. I ordered 3 items on 24 June 2020, two of the items were in stock, but one item (car seat) was available for pre-order for 3 July 2020. I am due 9 August, so I was happy to wait until 3 July. They informed me via email that all three items would be sent together on the 3rd July unless I requested otherwise, which I did not at the time. On the 3rd July, I received an email saying that the car seat will not be dispatched until 9 July due to issues with the manufacturer because of COVID-19. I was annoyed, but I thought that waiting another week was reasonable considering the circumstances. On the 9th July, everything took a turn for the worse! I received another email saying that the car seat was further delayed until... 2nd October!!! I mean, they just skipped the months August and September... Obviously, I could not wait until October as I need a car seat to leave the hospital with my newborn. I looked everywhere online for a number that I could call to contact them, but they had removed their number off their website and only had an enquiry form. So the same day I just emailed back asking for my other two items to be dispatched to me immediately and to find a better solution for the car seat. I did not receive a reply until 13 July and it was the most useless email saying that I would get an update within 48-72hrs!!! On 14 July, I received an email saying that they tried to call me and I didn't answer, but that they left a voicemail. However, absolutely no one called me on the 14th July and I certainly did not receive a voicemail. They then gave me a number to call to get in touch (0161 688 1550) and they said that their offices are open Mon-Fri 10am-5pm. I called that number every day for 2 weeks and it always said that their offices are temporarily closed due to COVID, so please don't bother trying. I replied back the same day saying that they had not called me, I gave them my number in case they had the wrong one, I asked for a call back, and I said that their number does not work. I did not hear back, so I emailed again the next day - again nothing. On 16 July, I missed a call at 8:52am and they did leave a voicemail this time. The number that called me was 01615110730. I called back at 8:59am and another 16 times but it goes straight to an automatic message saying that the person is on the phone. So it is just another number that does not work, again don't bother. So I emailed them another two times. Finally, yesterday, 20 July, they called me and I was able to speak to a lady. I complained that they had still not sent my two items that they had in stock even though I had asked for this to be done, I also asked if they could supply me with another car seat that fits my stroller free of any increased charges because of the mess that they have made, but they just said no. I explained that I had seen the same car seat on multiple websites and they all had stock and so I don't believe that it is a manufacturer issue, and I was just told that other companies do not sell as much as Online4Baby as they are the cheapest. I didn't get an apology and the lady sounded very indifferent. I just asked her to cancel the car seat from my order and send the other two items. Thankfully I got my refund the same day and my two items were dispatched immediately and arrived today (21 July). It took almost a month to get my order and 12 days to speak to a human being... So please only order from Online4Baby if the item is in stock, then it should be dispatched immediately. But if you have a problem with your order, forget about being able to contact their non-existent customer service. If you are pregnant like me, just avoid at all costs, it is not worth the stress for you and your unborn child. On a side note, as soon as I received my refund yesterday, I ordered the same car seat from Kiddies Kingdom (highly recommend) for a lower price and my car seat arrived today. So much for Online4Baby being the cheapest and that being the reason for their lack of stock... I will never order from Online4Baby again, saving a few pounds was not worth this stress.

I pre-ordered a 3-1 pram set on may 22nd 2020 for £170 , which isn’t much but it’s the principle that matters , I received an email saying the dispatch date would be August 3rd which was fine , last week I received an email saying it won’t be dispatched until September 10th , my baby’s due in September , I’ve sent them several emails asking to cancel the order and for my money back so I can purchase a pram that I know will be here in time for when I need it , I’ve also called and was out straight through to answer phone 👍🏽 , I want my money back this company’s a joke

It’s highly worrying to see just how many people are in the same position as myself, paying for goods and not receiving them. How is this even still a company! Disgusting that they have the conscience to take money from people knowing they aren’t going to provide the goods. Absolutely disgusting £130 down I will not stop until my money is returned even if it doesn’t seem a lot of money it’s the principal and it’s clear just how many people are being scammed by this terrible company! For those thinking of purchasing please find a company which is creditable and much more trustworthy don’t be fooled by the cheaper prices!

had a very bad experience bought the… I had a very bad experience bought the Ickle Bubba whole travelling set earlier worth £ 384.00 had some issues contacted many times no response a week after they replied to proof so could the track my order obsolete system provided all my email address phone number address even then couldn't find out and I had provide them more information. I ignored for first time, poorest communication ever bought baby Rocker mother card's 1 2nd time purchase had a fault as well but unfortunately similar attitude trying about receiving a very cold Reponse similar questions asking again provided all what they had required still waiting to sort my problem out. I suggest customer check well before you buy and find if could directly communicate with as I having a tough time a having difficulty contacting them. So plz plz plz make sure you get the item in a perfect and working condirion as end of the day you spent money to get something worthful but not worthless or useless item. Many thanks

Spent £600 on a 'pre-order' item. Wasn't due until August. Courier is supposed to have left the parcels by my door when no one was in (granted they have taken a photograph of two parcels by my property in the pouring rain) on 18 June, however we were not home until later that day, and yep, you've guessed it - no parcels. Delivery Company, who are at fault here for leaving the parcels when no one was home wont deal with me, they say it's O4B who I should contact. Absolutely nothing back from them! Shocking customer service!

I have ordered a few things from this site with no issues until I ordered a moses basket. Its arrived in a damaged box (possibly the corieurs fault). However moses basket hood screws missing and the moses basket blanket. I emailed over a week ago to resolved (get sent all items or to arrange a return) and still no response! Tried to call no answer ever. I have a baby on the way with a moses basket that I cannot use. I will now have to order a new one and wait to hear from them re the refund.

Should be an option for zero or below, absolutely disgusted the way they treat expectant parents as if they don’t have enough to worry about! Take their money then fail to provide the goods! No communication, no delivery dates, no furniture! Don’t answer their phones or emails! If you comment on Facebook it will get deleted (they only respond to the rare good comments) customer service is shocking! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! But if you really have absolutely no other option I’d definitely advise you use PayPal so you can get a refund when the above happens! But also make copies of every invoice as once a PayPal query was put in they changed our invoice saying we hadn’t paid, luckily we had proof of the truth! And eventually got refunded and shopped elsewhere

Long delivery delay and no financial compensation or small gift I ordered a €780 double mountain buggy duet from online4baby last mid May 2020 and I didn't receive any notification end of June that I wouldn't be getting this buggy until August until I emailed them when its arriving, takes them one week to reply in an email with short of staff and after paying a lot of money for this buggy no small gift or financial compensation to say sorry. Will never order from this company again and very poor service to customers. Very disappointing

This company is the worst, ordered a cot at the beginning of JUNE and it stated PRE ORDER ....fine i was happy to wait until the 25th June that’s when it said I would be receiving the delivery. However no emails to say it had been dispatched so on the Thursday 25th of June I tried to call (obviously no luck) then emailed I got an email to say it wouldn’t be arriving until the end of July 29th hmmmmmm it’s all apparently due to COVID why they can’t deliver on time or even kindly tell you that it will be late. Can’t blame COVID for rubbish customer service. I responded to tell them that and ask for an immediate refund it’s been 6 days and I have still had no response or refund. There clearly thief’s. ****Avoid —- hopefully they will get shut down (fingers crossed)

Avoid at all costs, bought a Moses basket during pandemic, was notified it will arrive within a month which was fine. Less than a day before delivery we were sent an email that it had been delayed for another month, therefore was expected to arrive just after the due date. Had no choice but to buy another basket. They did contact us after we emailed them and did offer alternatives and even a same day refund which was the only positive thing from this situation.

Just like every review no response need to return a car seat can’t call no response via email the car seat isn’t suitable for my car far to much movement I would of swapped it but rather go elsewhere
