Ordered a my babiee travel system from here thinking id be grand for a few years but nope, i barely use it and within 8 months the break broke without me doing anything to it but told it was my fault and they can't do anything im absolutely appalled at this i didn't spend £300 for it to break within less than a year I'm so annoyed about this!

Ordered a Moses basket and a day before expected delivery, I get an email for notification of delay and another delivery date for a week later. Comes that next week, a day before delivery, I again get another email for notification of delay and further 5 days for delivery. When the item finally got delivered (almost 3 weeks after the order was placed - well in time for baby’s arrival so we could have everything prepared), I went into hospital that day. My family accepted the delivery and out of goodwill as this was the only disassembled item, they put it together in time for my return from the hospital with our new addition. When I saw the Moses basket, something about it didn’t look right. I went back to the original photo, I noticed the flexi straps of the stand were white and not brown as shown in the picture. I rang up customer services, they were not cooperative. Refused to replace part at all as they said they have a right to do that and because the item was assembled, they are not going to do anything about it. Absolutely pathetic even when you be a good customer and be patient with the delay and because if the item was delivered on time, I would have noticed the issue as raised it immediately. Would not recommend this company. Stay away. Use other online retailer like Precious Little One.

Don't be fooled by buying new pushchair with warranty. For online4baby warranty means nothing. If something will go wrong they will not inspect but only assume from photos and then they might tell you or not tell you until you raise hell they won't repair or replace. 4 month old stroller used twice a week where brake stopped working out of nowhere. Better buy from mothercare or cheap second hand.

Possibly the worst ever company to deal with and shocking customer service, we have had the phone put down on us by a senior member of staff and also the customer service manager Helen, these two colleagues are totally unprofessional. This was all over a moses damaged causing an injury to our daughter, they agreed to a refund which we were happy about, Helen took my card details to process the refund then to only find they have processed the refund elsewhere and now won't rectify the issue. I asked for my complaint to be reviewed by a director and apareantley Helen responds to their complaints which looking at the email I disbelieve the directors have ever been shown this email and they couldn't comment on the lack of customer service which has been provided. Helen the customer service manager doesn't even know the companies procedures on processing refunds.

Do not order from this company they are scammers!! I recently bought a house and my baby is due so i urgently ordered a 6 piece set on a Thursday to be delivered on that Saturday and paid extra so we could have our babys nusery done. The next day I recieve a phone call to say what i ordered was not in stock so they could not deliver untill the Monday (5 days after it was supposed to be delivered) I wasn't happy as we really needed to get the cot set up and we both work during the week so i had no choice but to ask for it to be delivered on the following Saturday (10 days after it was origanally supposed to be delivered and when my baby is due) they arranged this. The following Saturday arrived and i waited in all day but nothing come , so on the Sunday I was panicking calling them but they said no one was available to give me a explanation and i should wait for a call back first thing Monday morning, Monday morning 10.30 am still no call back so i called in they Said a manager would ring back but no call so i rung there other number on Facebook and spoke to there manager Helen Savage who said they could not send my set out because the cot was not in stock! She offered me a replacement for that was flimsy not as nice which i refused to accept she also offered me no discount at all no money off and said i have to wait till the 6th of September for my babys cot to arrive meaning I had to buy something else so my baby has a resting place next to me My partner can now not do the nusery before our baby is here and i have to pay out to buy another crib for upstairs because this company take your money for things they do not stock then fail to ring you and tell you you will not be receiving it to! Very bad customer service u will spend a lot time even trying to get hold of someone and when u do they wont do anything to help at all!

I would never recommend anyone to buy from this company, I had very bad experience with them, the pram started squeaking and sole other problems with it after less than 5 times of usage. I've been told to service the pram myself because if I sent it and it wasn't faulty i would be charged for it. I wish I read some of the reviews before purchasing from them. Avoid them at all costs, the pram might be cheaper on their website but if there will he any problems with it they won't fix it. What's the point buying pram with a warranty if it can't be used when pram is broken? So dissapoined with my purchase and wish I never bought from online4baby.

Shame I have to leave one star as the service they provided deserves 0 stars. Purchased a chicco oh la la stroller. Within 8 days it was squeaking from the wheels non stop. Followed the manafacturers guidance and it still squeaks non stop. Spoke to Chloe and after sending pictures and videos their solution despite it being within 30 days was to send it to chicco and they can inspect it. If it was not faulty we would be charged for the inspection and if it was we would not get compensated nor have a stroller in the mean time. Really disappointed with the service and looking at the 19% of bad reviews I can see why. Would urge anyone to avoid these scam artists and go to John Lewis for sure Also in Chloe’s experience she advised us that this is a common fault and we should just deal with it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Told by Helen the customer service manager that they would only issue a refund if a baby had died!!!! Why would you say that to a new mum? Disgusting person and company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I’d been bought a Mee-Go buggy board as a gift from Online4baby. I’d put this together and attached the universal buggy board to my pram (a bugaboo buffalo) I thought this was fitted correctly and went out for a walk with my newborn and 2 year old. After a couple of minutes we encountered our first kerb, going up it the universal buggy board detached itself and my 2 year old went flying backwards. Luckily she wasn’t hurt but after closer inspection of the clips on the board, they don’t fully close around the bar of my pram even with the safety straps tightly secured around the pram I am not confident to use this again for fear it will happen again. I wouldn’t want this to happen on a busy main road for example! I’d been in touch with the person who bought this and they’d been in touch with Online4baby only to be told that because it’s been over 30 days you will not exchange for a different board or refund! It was bought as a gift in plenty of time for my babies arrival. It’s the same as a pram, you would buy it earlier to make sure you have it in time in case baby came early and/or so you are prepared. In my case the board looked like it fitted well and had a practise with it around the house. It was only once I’ve been able to get out of the house and used it on uneven surfaces and kerbs that the problem has arisen. I’d been in touch with the manufacturer and they confirmed from pictures that the universal board will not fit a bugaboo buffalo and was told to contact yourselves to exchange this for the larger board with four wheels, which has a different fitting which I was told would fit my pram. I’d been told how they reacted to the emails sent and how they just dismissed this because it’s been over 30 days since purchased. The emails were rude and unsympathetic. I find this appalling behaviour from a shop selling baby items. I understand they have a 30 day policy but as this supposedly universal board doesn’t fit a very popular pram then I would of assumed they would wave the 30 days policy especially as I’m wanting to exchange for a more expensive product which we would obviously pay the difference! Very disappointing Online4Baby! I hope that this review helps others to use anyone but this company. I’ve read some of the other reviews and the level of customer service is appalling! Again to be told on the phone by Helen that a refund for an item purchased over 30 days ago would only be issued if a baby had died is just disgusting! What a heartless and unsympathetic company.

Ordered a cot back in early June 2018. It arrived damaged. Damage to cot exterior, drawer was not functioning and was sticking after assembly by following instructions to the T. Overall quality of cot was not great. As a customer I was not happy with the product and emailed and called right away to request and exchange or refund. Customer service were only willing to help to replace the drawer, even though I expressed I was unhappy with the quality. After 3/4 of an hour on the phone they asked me to take a video of the drawer and cot and send this in. As a customer I have a 14 day right to request an exchange or refund - to this date this has still not happened! After escalating the issue to a manager, who agreed that they would collect and refund the cot, after 3 attempts and 3 times waiting in for the collection to take place, no one has turned up! We have been completely lied to each time when requesting what is happening. Over a month on, I have no cot, 8 months pregnant and am out of pocket. Shocking customer service, liars! Would not recommend! Since writing this review On the 25th July on trustpilot , i was contacted by a manager from the company and was told my item had been confirmed as collected and the refund was now processed by him via the accounts team personally, I promised the funds would be returned to my account within 24 hours and He asked if I would now remove this review??!! It’s now 27th July, I have been lied to again, and am still out of pocket, with no cot! Unnecessary stress being caused by this company.
