Firstly they actually don't understand English and their customer service have no clue what's happening. For some unknown reason my parcel was sent back from their courier, GLE, I was given no update at all and had to ask for info. Of which they didn't provide. They are cheap, because they don't actually deliver. Still waiting for someone serious in customer service to reply.

AVOID/INCOMPATIBLE PARTS/MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ANYTHING/BASED IN GERMANY NOT UK!!! ********AVOID********* NEVER AGAIN WOULD I PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. FIRSTLY, THEY ARE BASED IN GERMANY, ALTHOUGH ADVERTISING THEMSELVES AS UK COMPANY. THEY SOLD ME A PART THAT WAS INCOMPATIBLE WITH MY CAR (DESPITE THE WEBSITE CLAIMING IT WAS COMPATIBLE) AND IT CAUSED FURTHER DAMAGE TO MY CAR AS THE FUSE HAS BLOWN ONCE THEY TRIED TO INSTALL A PART IN MY LOCAL GARAGE. I HAVE THEN EMAILED ASKING FOR THE MONEY BACK, PROVIDED RECEIPT FROM THE GARAGE WHERE THEY COULD CLEARLY SEE I WAS CHARGED FOR THE LABOUR AND THEY HAD TO ORDER A COMPATIBLE PART FOR MY CAR, COSTING ME MORE MONEY. ONLINECARPARTS THEN EMAILED ME A FORM ASKING ME HUNDREDS OF QUESTIONS DESPITE ME ALREADY PROVIDING A PROOF. ASKED ME TO SEND PDF FILES, WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE AS THE GARAGE PRINTED OUT A RECEIPT FOR ME. THEY WANTED ME TO FILL IN A WARRANTY FORM, PRINT IT OUT AND SCAN IT AND SEND BACK AS PDF FILE - AS IF AN AVERAGE PERSON HAS A SCANNER AND PRINTER AT HOME! THEY ARE LITERALLY MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS TO RETURN ANYTHING! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS, ESPECIALLY AFTER READING SO MANY REVIEWS THAT THEY SELL INCOMPATIBLE/FAULTY PARTS. CAUSED ME SO MUCH STRESS AND INCOVENIENCE. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE OUT OF POCKET, PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

Absolutely awful customer service. I can live with someone pretending to be a UK company when they're not if they do what they are meant to do (just), but I went to put the item (an inner wheel arch weather shield on my daughters 2006 Fiesta) on yesterday and having just unwrapped the parcel, the item Onlinecarparts sent me is completely the wrong part. When I originally ordered the part, I was called several days later by one of their representatives to say that they didn’t have the part I ordered in, but that they had the same part in stock albeit made by a different manufacturer. I was assured that the part would be the same, and I accepted their proposal. Only yesterday when I took the old part off the car, did I see that it is entirely different from what I received from the seller (I ordered the right FRONT inner wheel arch trim, but I have been sent the right REAR inner wheel arch trim). It isn’t going to fit as its entirely different in design and shape. I explained this to them several times and they just stated that I must send the part they incorrectly sent me back to them (in BERLIN) at my cost when this is entirely their fault. They haven't sent me the part I ordered and now want me to pay to return a £10 item to them. I said that I didnt see why I should have to pay to return the item as this is their fault. I have tried being reasonable with them, but I got nowhere with their nonsensical answers. I have said that I still want the correct item (still being advertised by them), but my having to pay to return it is absolutely unfair when this is entirely their fault. Their last email said that they cannot guarantee 100 that a part ordered will fit - they may as well have sent me a spark plug for all the use a rear inner arch was for the front of a car. Will never use them again.

I highly suggest you check this, so called, .co.uk company before you buy. They may be cheap but that comes at a price. If you receive your goods at all you may have to wait a while and hope they fit because they won't help with returns but, hey, you pay your money and take your chances. Trying to get a slice of the UK market while their country (Germany) attempt to make it harder for us to get anywhere with theirs.

Pretend to be a UK based company, been waiting a month for van parts which is off the road. Parcel firm won't deliver them, as they don't understand how the Germans have written my address. What ever you do, pass these by . Won't return my money .

ordered brake parts and paid extra for safe delivery option. due to illness was unable to fit the parts over winter. discs were too big for car. safe option guarantees 200 days return of goods on german website but only 100 on uk website. company refused return even after sending me email describing how to send parts back to Germany! beware you are dealing with a foreign company here! parts were still sealed apart from one disc which i unsealed so very able to be returned and resold. Would give zero stars if i could.

I would give them 0 stars but it's not available. Avoid if you're in the UK. I ordered an offside wing mirror on 31 March. I received a notification email to say it had been dispatched on the same day. It's now 9 April and there has been no change. I have sent them a couple of emails to find out where the parcel is but I have received no response. The courier GLS is also useless. In future I will avoid any company that does not give a contact number or if the contact number has an automated response.

These guys are immoral and taking economy away from the UK by advertising as a .co.uk company o my when you delve deeper into their website do your find they are in-fact based In Germany. Service is atrocious, shipping really slow and for those with car trouble or requiring parts quickly this place is a no go. Rather support a UK company or local motor factor.......can only imagine what the returns process for incorrect parts will be like......really sad to have been a customer of this company.

Do not buy from them! If anything will go wrong with your delivery, they will leave you hanging for months, will misguide you and even lie to you! You have been warned! It is the hardest review in my life as this company broke so many UK and EU laws that I have no idea where to start... When I notified them about the issue, they did not respond. I had to raise the case with PayPal to grab their attention. The first response that I received was from a person that did not know English well and did not understand what I am enquiring about. Later, they pretended to be friendly. Sent me the paperwork and told me that they are on the case. I sent the paperwork back with all possible evidence to support that: I was not at home, nobody was in, the signature was not mine and I have no idea who "received" the goods even that my name was used by the courier. So far so good? Not a chance. For days there was no update around the case. I complained many times to the seller that according to the law my contract is with them and not the shipping company, that full responsibility for goods is with them until they will be delivered into my hands. The law is clear that the shipping company is working on behalf of the seller and I am not a participant in this procedure. Response? Please wait. Please wait and please wait. The seller was notified that by selling goods to the UK he needs to comply with the UK and EU laws. The law is clear - "If your item wasn't delivered to the location you agreed, it's the seller's legal responsibility to sort out the issue." They also were not interested to send the good again, only for me to wait. I was contacted by the shipping company and they confirmed that the signature was not mine. That should be enough for the seller to start formal processing with the shipping company. That did not happen. 30 days have passed. The seller ignored the Formal termination of the contract email which obliged them to issue an immediate refund. As you can see they are happy to break the law and do not care about it. My bank is handling the complaint right now and my fight is far from over. Even when I will get my money back, I will pursue any possibility to get them fined or prosecuted as I strongly believe that every company that is breaking the law should be brought to justice. They also pretend to be UK company. Avoid by any means!

I thought I'd give these folks a try since they were cheaper than Euro Car Parts. Ordered parts for my car, which I needed urgently since It wouldn't work without them. Two weeks later I've chased their whereabouts but I'm still waiting for the parts, I lose faith and decide to cancel the order. Nearly a month later and a lot of e-mail exchanges, still no parts. Apparently no-refund without sending them back. Absolute Joke. Thieves.
