“Very cute, well-made shirt. It's longer on me, almost tunic length, but I'm only 5'4" tall. I will probably buy more in the future. I would love to see more colors in the long sleeve version.”

“The hemp is hefty but soft. The bamboo is silky. The color choices are lovely and hard to find elsewhere. The quality is fantastic. These are the best t-shirts I've ever owned. I buy them as gifts and recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality, sustainably produced garments. My only quibble is that I've had some issues with sizing: my women's XL hemp shirt is much smaller than the same size in bamboo.”

“Onno sells both through their own site and Amazon and the prices look identical. I love the shirts and was hoping that buying direct might provide the company more of the money from the transaction. I was wondering about shipping at first and how long it would take to get my order. To my surprise the shirts shipped within 24 hours of ordering and they arrived at my home just as past as anything coming from Amazon. Checkout was super easy too. Overall, I would definitely order direct through them again.”

“Have several of these women's bamboo-blend (is that like 'bamboozled'??) tees for myself which have held up really well with plenty of outdoor work in hot, sticky weather. I recently bought several of the hemp blend for the hubby who is an expert ruin-er of tees. He likes the feel of the shirt, the durabality and the fit. Great product.”

“I bought the bamboo for my son who has some hankerchiefs made of the same material and is always talking about how great and soft they are. It's for his birthday in August so he hasn't seen the t-shirt yet, but I can attest to its well-made quality and super soft feel.”

“I love my bamboo long sleeve t-shirts. The sleeves on the large are long enough for me at 6 Ft. 2 inches in height. When I have bought extra large t-shirts previously, the body was much too large. The company sent me a new shirt when I got a hole in the shirt. I now have six of their shirts. I would love long sleeves in the other shirts and more or new colors.”

“Love my new ONNO shirt! I ordered an organic cotton/hemp blend in Cypress. The color is beautiful, and the fabric has a texture that is comfortable. The shirt has a great fit - not too tight, but not too sloppy either (it seems to be all the rage now!) - a modest cut, with higher neckline and and a longer waistline, yet I feel it's not a frumpy shirt because the addition of the hemp makes the fabric look more put together. I could wear this shirt for hiking but it could equally pass off as feminine with a skirt to match. Thanks for making such a great quality shirt that doesn't hurt the earth!”

“The shirt is incredibly expensive for what it is. I NEVER pay this kind of money for a dress shirt, let alone a t shirt. So I’m cheap about clothes, admittedly. I think I’d feel less...exploited if the economics made conventional sense. The website talks about the special steps it takes to ensure a safe and healthful working environment for its factory workers in China. Given the expense of the shirt it would seem feasible to make them in the US, even with domestic fabric (I know bamboo grows here, quite readily, so why not?). I struggle conceptually, ethically, with paying “made in USA” prices for an item intentionally made far away and shipped here, apparently in a effort to improve working conditions in that far away place. While a laudable goal (improving working conditions, that is), I would rather see this effort expended on establishing good pay and working conditions in, say, Baltimore or Biloxi or some tiny hamlet in rural Pennsylvania. I guess I’d feel differently if the shirt were priced at $20 (maybe), but I don’t see myself ordering another one.”
