“I had ordered two shirts in different sizes to see what was going to work for me. I was a little surprised that there wasn't just some bit of the web site to automatically request a return mailing label for the return I wanted to do, but instead an email address to contact and explain the situation. Once I did, I found the response very helpful, and though the did end up talking me into exchanging the too-large shirt for an additional one in a different color and the correct size, they also told me to keep or donate the shirt in the incorrect size. It was a good experience.”

“LOVE: The dark colors, the fabric, that it looks great coming out of the dryer, that it’s sustainable, the outstanding customer service, the price is affordable, the factory workers appear happy! I’ve purchased 4 bamboo and now I’m waiting for the hemp shirt to show up!”

“Love this shirt! Fit is great and is comfortable. Definitely will be purchasing more. I haven't washed it yet but it says the shirt will shrink a little. I am 5'9" 165lbs.”

“The shirts that I ordered are silky soft, and I know that they'll keep getting softer with more washes. I love that they offer an extra small option for the men's shirts. As a small woman, I prefer the cut of men's t-shirts, but sometimes they're pretty baggy on me. The extra small fits like a hug while still having that comfortable room in the sleeves and longer length of a men's shirt that I prefer.”

“I Love these t-shirts! They fit perfectly and are really comfortable. The bamboo is super light and comfortable for the hot summer days. The company policy is great. I've lost a lot of weight recently and thought I went down to a small, but no so! The company send me out a medium asap. Super great service! Love these guy's!”

“Onno is fabulous! I have been looking around for a while specifically for bamboo t-shirts with a good cut and no print. I came across Onno and ordered 2 shirts, a bamboo and hemp each. Loved the bamboo shirt - it has a fine fitted design, is super soft and just overall lovely. I wanted to return the other one and re-order 2 more bamboo shirts. The Onno Team surprised me by refunding me but letting me keep the hemp shirt, and also sending me the additional shirt for free! I am blown away by your friendly efficient service and can't thank you enough for the free shirt! I am sure to be back with orders for the cooler season, too!”

“I love my hemp t-shirts. The colours are so pretty, and the fit is perfect. Seriously, I've never had a t-shirt that fit this well before! They feel sturdy and well made, and have gotten softer and better every time I wash them. I've also been able to get stains out with ease. I didn't have any problems with my order, they came quickly and were in the right size. If there had been a problem, I have full confidence that Onno would have done their best to correct it. I will definitely be buying more shirts in the future, and I hope more styles are released!”
