BUT their supplier in Turkey called libero tours sells you personel data to the third parties and someone visit you in your 1st day pretend like your resort rep and screw you with high excursion rates. On the beach does not know it but be careful when you arrive.”

I have to say after reading all the reviews, I thought ‘oh dear what have I done’!
I have never written a review before, but in fairness I thought I should.
OTB could not have been more helpful. I couldn’t check in, but that’s because I have never done this procedure before, so I called OTB and they talked me through every part of this and could not have been more helpful.
The lady went above and beyond and I would like to say thank you-we had a beautiful holiday and we were very well looked after.”
