“My car’s appt. was on 12/28/23 at 1pm. The guy promptly took the car into the shop for the routine maintenance. Finished in about an hour. I read in waiting room, with coffees and snacks. A few small extra services/charges. And I was on my way. Much less expensive than the dealership charges.”

“I just used their mobile service for the first time for an oil change and it was fantastic! As a single person, it is hard to get to and from service appointments, so when I discovered they would come to my house, I was thrilled!! Ooroo is the best!”

“Logan came to our house on the 26th to do an oil change. He checked fluid levels, the battery, and the air cleaner and notified us of what he had found. Then he did the oil change and he said we could call for any kind of work that needed to be done...right at home. This is such a fantastic service. We didn't have to drive anywhere or wait in a crowded waiting room with uncomfortable chairs. Thank you to Logan, Ooroo and Frank. We will be calling you again.”

“With so many automobile maintenance shops in the area, including the dealers, I chose to go with OOROO because of the integrity of the management the pleasant courteous reception I always receive from the front office desk staff and the feeling of being welcome right down to the driver. Most of all it;s the confidence I have in the mechanical crew's ability to understand and solve my problem to my satisfaction and the overall treatment and respect rendered to my vehicle as well as myself. No better Automobile maintenance shop in the area for my money.”

“I would really like to give Chase an outstanding customer service review of FIve Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Chase was very attentive from the get/go and showed me the shock and strut system under my 2012 Suberu and explained in detail. The technician Austin also helped, I would give Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ also. Both exemplified OOROO’s care for customer service as stated in your mission statement. Thanks, I will definitely bring my car back to OOROO.”
