“Work was done as requested so thank you for that. However,we picked up the car 30 minutes after John called to say it was ready. It had been sitting in the sun a couple of hours when I got in it. An earlier call, if possible, would have avoided this. And yes, I understand there are a lot of cars going in and out in the PM and delays are sometimes unavoidable. You really need a more updated service center to match your quality service.”

“very friendly, competent service with great door to door van transportation to and from one's house if needed. One major issue is not having the option of making a specific appointment time for an oil change. The only option offered by OOROO is to leave the car for the entire day which has meant in the past of not being able to get the car back until closing time at 5:30, not a very good solution for many of us.”

“Took a little time to get an appointment set up for (had to call 2-3 times) but once it happened it was a great experience. Very much appreciated the mobile service coming to the house for the oil change and general check up - that was a new and awesome experience! The tech found out the battery was at 17% (who knew?) so he was more than willing to go back to the shop to get a new one, got it changed out and we are all good to go. Thanks for the service - you did great!”

“Brought my 2011 Impala in for routine oil change. I had seen the email about the free wiper blades. I indicated I wanted them. I guess I didnt understand clearly was that was only if you were a happy car club member.I suppose Jonathan thought i was already enrolled and never questioned me. I was stunned to find out I was charged $60.00 for the new wipers.Very surprising and am quite unhappy about that. I could have gotten a set at O'Reilly's and my my wallet would be fuller. Your staff needs to inform customers. I thought you were just being nice.”

“George was on time and very personable. He conducted himself professionally, did the servicing of our mini-van in a reasonable amount of time, and had a great time with our very friendly dogs. We would definitely consider scheduling another at home service if our schedule and budget allows for it!”

When you brought your vehicle in, there was a code in the system so we performed a diagnostic, found that you needed a new gas cap and replaced it, and rechecked your system to confirm the issue was resolved.

“My first visit. I was given a time in which I could wait in the lobby for my vehicle. There were refreshments and snacks available. I was kept up to date on the progress. My only criticism is I was not greeted promptly when I arrived. Everything else was top notch.”

“Great to have rides available. Continue service to car i bought that had been maintained by ooroo. Wish i had known tire rotation wasn't normal part of oil change, as i ve been used to, but bringing car back next week for that. Thanks.”

“They have the appointment I made online so that was not great. They also didn't call to let me know the service was done. Good thing I called to check or I would have been without my vehicle until the next day. That being said, it's convenient with the shuttle service and the price is good so I will continue to use them now that I know what to expect.”
