“George was on time and very personable. He conducted himself professionally, did the servicing of our mini-van in a reasonable amount of time, and had a great time with our very friendly dogs. We would definitely consider scheduling another at home service if our schedule and budget allows for it!”

When you brought your vehicle in, there was a code in the system so we performed a diagnostic, found that you needed a new gas cap and replaced it, and rechecked your system to confirm the issue was resolved.

“My first visit. I was given a time in which I could wait in the lobby for my vehicle. There were refreshments and snacks available. I was kept up to date on the progress. My only criticism is I was not greeted promptly when I arrived. Everything else was top notch.”

“Great to have rides available. Continue service to car i bought that had been maintained by ooroo. Wish i had known tire rotation wasn't normal part of oil change, as i ve been used to, but bringing car back next week for that. Thanks.”

“They have the appointment I made online so that was not great. They also didn't call to let me know the service was done. Good thing I called to check or I would have been without my vehicle until the next day. That being said, it's convenient with the shuttle service and the price is good so I will continue to use them now that I know what to expect.”

“Front desk was very friendly and your team got my oil change done in the specified time. I used your mailer coupon so thank you. I was bummed that the almost $1800 that I spent at your queen creek location 1.5 months ago wouldn’t be added to my rewards account due to not being signed up at the time.”

“When a customer makes a service reservation and requests a ride, the agent should note this request. All requests for a ride should be coordinated. I requested a ride home to Saddlebrooke. When I arrived, the shuttle was leaving for Saddlebrooke with one passenger. I had to wait 45 minutes for my ride. It would be much more efficient if the rides were coordinated. The shuttle driver told me that she had 4 trips to Saddlebrooke that morning!”

Due to the ongoing price increases of bulk oil we had to adjust our prices accordingly, as we're sure you've noticed with many other products on the market right now. “Excellent service communication & follow up. Best in Tucson that i have found on the Management side. Some minor struggles on a few repairs which were made right each time when I returned. Had recent major repairs done in December so hoping for the best. Just burned 3 quarts of oil for 1st time after 5,000 miles. It had never burned oil. Right after last repairs & oil change and major oil gaskets replacement it burned up a lot of oil so need to watch the next 60 to 90 days & make sure it performs. It sounds Great again this week after we all figured out what was going on. Thanks for the prompt service & communication plus the Veterans discount.”
