I ask for a full tune up done on my car, I did not get that! Oil change, spark plug and a quick look is not a tune up ! They did a good job but OORO do not do full tune up thry should have told me! I was expecting a full analysis of the angine , tires rotation , brake check, filters change ( oil, gaz, cabine )wipers change if need it. AC check, ETC ETC. I will come back to OORO for basic oil change, For tune up I will go to royal Kia.

The service was fine and the courtesy shuffle driver was great. They did not reset the tire pressure monitor so I got an alert and had to stop at a gas station to check the tires. All tires were pumped to 36 pounds when the manufacturer clearly says they should be 32 pounds. I booked the service using Oroo’s app on my iPhone. The facility had no record of the appointment and laughed about me using new technology.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, it is very valuable to us! We’re sorry to hear about your experience when you came into the shop and your appointment was not found. We have followed up with our team and are looking into any technological errors that may have occurred in our system. After inspecting your vehicle our team discovered the tire light on your dash was for a tire rotation. We apologize that the sensors were not reset following your service. The PSI of 36 when your tires are warm is within the normal range. The recommendation is a PSI of 32-33 when cold. If lowered too much the sensor may trigger again if it gets cold enough outside causing the tires to be underinflated. We hope to have the chance to see you again and deliver a five-star experience next time. Thank you!

I am happy with the work but not happy about communication. I live about 20 minute drive from the shop and the shop closes at 5:30, and I had to call 15 minutes to 5:00 to check what time to pick up my car, which was dropped off 8:00 AM for oil/filter change. This happened twice.

Our team communicated that it would be most of the day when you dropped off, but we understand it can be difficult to be without your vehicle for that long. It used to feel like your small town repair shop. They are still friendly and do quality work most of the time. But the wait times are terrible. 1day to find problem. 1day to order part. 1 day to install part. For prompt work now I go elsewhere.

Took my car in for lube, oil change, filter, general inspection. Shell shock! Bill came to $115 including $509 for 5 quarts of synthetic oil and $30 for an oil filter. I found 5 quarts of the same oil on-line ranging from $26.97 to $67.99 and filters ranging from $8.49 to $19.98. The last time I had this service done in June 2023 at a GM dealer the bill came to $63. May have to go back to doing my own oil changes. I have always had good service at Ooroo in the past but this came as a real shock.

Hello Pat, thank you for your feedback. We regularly survey the market to ensure that our prices are fair and competitive. Our oil changes include our multipoint point safety inspection, high quality synthetic oil, and a high-quality filter (we can't speak to the quality of the parts and supplies you looked up online). Prices have gone up since 2023 due to the ongoing price increases of bulk oil and we're not aware of any dealer currently offering an oil change for as little as $63. What is the point in taking an appointment when you don't honor the appointment. I would have understood if I would have been told from the beginning that it's first come first serve and that it will take all day to get car diagnosed/repaired. Just be upfront with that. Also Prices were pretty high but I guess that's every where

Just got an oil change on my VW Tiguan last week and just noticed couple of oil drips on my driveway. This has never happened before the oil change. Also was shocked to find a 7” x7” square hole was cut at the bottom plastic Sheild engine cover right below the oil pan and bolt. This was never there before. I discovered this while checking out the oil drip. I don’t want to wrongly accuse OOROO of this but this needs to be addressed. I hate to think a reputable service place like OOROO would do something like this to cut corners. Can someone please look into this? Also, my coolant is at minimum and was not topped off.

Although the hole in your splash shield was already there when we serviced your vehicle, we should have notified you. We're happy to replace the faulty gasket causing the oil drips and the new splash shield. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello Roy––Dustin let us know he spoke with you about your tire pressure and informed you that the technician set the pressure to the proper psi. Because your vehicle is a Honda, it has to be driven for a few miles before the pressures are updated on your dash. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!

I don’t know what happened. I called to make an appointment on the phone and they were super friendly and knowledgeable. But on my appointment day, the guys who were actually there at the desk acted like I was annoying them and couldn’t wait for me to leave. It was so insulting I don’t know what happened. I have no idea. They did fix my car. But they wouldn’t speak to me or give me any answers to any of my questions. It was the weirdest thing ever.

The delayed return of my car was stressful, because the promised4 PM was not 5:45PM and this made me late for my appointment. However your company has an honest and reliable name, so perhaps this was just one of those days that a lot goes wrong..... I'll call to have the recommended repairs done. Had to recover a bit from the estimated costs. My truck is old and needs more care for upkeep, like old people(like me)need....
