I have been servicing my car at OOROO for quite some time with no problem. This repair event went very poorly. They were unable to fix an A/C/Heating problem. It took 3 visits over several weeks to finally resolve the problem. This wasn't an inexpensive repair and I was very frustrated and inconvenienced at the inabiity to resolve the problem. They don't seem to make sure the repair works before they return the car.

I brought my 2021 Tacoma in for my first non-Toyota oil change in the spring. All went well (or so I thought). I just came back from having the next one done here in Maryland (we don’t do Arizona summers), and found out the Ooroo mechanic never bothered to put the oil cap back on. Glad my truck is still ok, but do have to wonder.

I am so disappointed. Tuesday I had my oil changed, they said my battery was low. Had it tested (less than a year old battery and the stored said it itested 100%. Store manager said my connections needed cleaning. This morning all the electrical was dead. It started again so I drove back up to Ooroo & asked them to test and clean connectors. Mechanic came back and Ooroo charged me $35. All he did was spray connectors! 😡

Hi Helen, your review concerns us, so we wanted to address your comments. You came to us for an oil change, which included our multipoint inspection. We let you know that your battery tested bad and there was corrosion on the connections. You told us that the battery was under warranty, so we did not clean the connections or replace the battery (the other store would need to see the corrosion for themselves in order to warranty the work). You told us that you took it to the other store, and they said that the connections just needed cleaning. You then brought your vehicle back to us and we cleaned the connections. After the cleaning, we discovered that an additional repair was needed––the battery cable was actually damaged by the corrosion. So, the $35 charge wasn't just for the cleaning, it was also for the cable repair. We apologize for any confusion! Our store manager, Dustin, will reach out to you to discuss over the phone as well. My name is Ted Sorich. I was told to leave my truck at OOroo at 7:30am. Oracle/Rancho Vistoso. I called OOroo at 11am to see if my truck was ready. I needed to use it for other business. I was told that I might have to wait until 4:00pm to pick up my truck....which was totally unacceptable. I was upset and had a I had a testy exchange with the person who received my call which was out of character for me. I later apologized for getting angry. I was finally called to pick up my truck at 1:30pm which I appreciated. I do not want to go thru this scenario again. I won't leave my Truck at Vistoso Automotive any more. We were surprised to see it because our understanding was that you were informed multiple times when you dropped off your vehicle that it wouldn't be ready until the afternoon. Took my 2001 Mitsubishi there because it was shaking between when accelerating between 60 and 75 after they did the analyst they said it was the broken motor mount is why it was shaking which was a cost of 1079 also got rear brakes serpentine belt and an oil change which was over 1700 I had no problem with that until I drove it and it is still shaking hardly a difference at all very disappointed

took a long time/constant arguing with me/they were unable to effectively communicate with me/think they forgot to bring correct size battery so they kept pushing back/sent 3 different survey forms to me in 15 minutes/stuck ooroo sticker on the back of my car without permission/ failed to arrive at the scheduled time so had to reschedule for later in the day/ I have always been happy with the main office of vistoso but would never,never use mobile again
