“I came in with a problem with my car making a weird noise after I got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube (my first mistake lol) They quickly came outside to see the problem and determined it was a quart low on oil and the air filter was loose and the casing was open. They fixed these problems within 10 minutes and didn’t charge me a single penny. I was very impressed with how helpful they were and I will be coming back for my future oil changes! Definitely give them your business!”

“I spent nearly half a century in marketing and advertising, so I was intrigued by your business name. Then on my first visit to your OV store I was impressed by your point-of-sale (POS) materials. Each POS piece is visually consistent. So…a business name that is unforgettable and attractive marketing materials. Plus, your front office is clean and your customer service people are professional and knowledgeable. And, most importantly, your prices are reasonable. You are correctly checking all the boxes!
