“So far, I am pleased with their service. They appear to know what they are doing with repairs and routine maintenance. Costs seem within the norms. I will continue to use them until they give me a reason not to. Happy that they do drop off and pick up with their shuttle service which is appreciated. Staff is always polite.”

“Frank was great he scheduled me for a battery pronto. The automotive specialist was friendly and fast . He even came 2 hours ahead of time. My only question was as a first time customer I thought I wea supposed to receive a 25$ dollar discount. Anyway I was still very happy.”

“Efficient, professional & informative, tells what’s wrong up front. The mechanics are excellent, honest, friendly, pros. We have much confidence & if any work is needed in future, Ooroo is the only place we’d go. There seems to be a lot of business integrity—which is such a welcome quality in this day & age.”

“Service by George was exceptional. He arrived shortly after I called about a dead battery. He explained everything, answered all my questions and had a new battery installed in about 30 minutes. And he was super nice! Would definitely recommend him and this company.”

“I had to have my 2017 ford edge engine replaced. Ooroo was able to replace my engine and have me back on the road within 2 weeks. 1 minor exhaust leak was repaired aa soon as I return from my 2 month road trip. Great job guys.”
