“Love this mobile service! Having recently moved to this area, the concept is new to me. Scheduling was easy, pricing transparent. No pressure to do more than necessary. Mechanic George was great - punctual, friendly, professional, even answered all my silly questions. An all-around positive experience in a stressful situation. I highly recommend calling OOROO the next time you need auto maintenance or repair!”

“Needed oil change & Frank scheduled me right away for mobile service. George was ahead of schedule & wanted to come earlier, which worked great for me! He went to work immediately, found that I not only needed a new air filter but also my battery was in poor condition. Frank called me w/pricing, I approved, and off went George to get battery. They are both very friendly, helpful, professional and polite. Honorable mention, Jonathan did me a solid when I was on my way out of town by changing my key fob battery, filling washer fluid and added oil to ensure truck was running good for my trip. These gentlemen are 3 good reasons why I use OOROO exclusively for ALL my automotive needs. They run like a well-oiled machine -- pun intended!”

“I worked with Frank and Rory at Ooroo Auto on Old Vail Rd. On the phone and in person these two gents treated me a friendly attitude. The the entry area and the shop was extremely clean! They even offer coffee, water, and small snacks for their customers. Originally I had called for an estimate over the phone to have 2 services done. I then checked the prices at Jim Click Hyundai, and found Ooroo was much less! I called Ooroo back and made my appointment with them. The service was ready the same day after lunch as promised. They even shuttled me home promptly when I brought the car in that morning! It was my 1st experience with Ooroo Auto, and was a very good one! I'll be returning in the future. I highly recommend giving Ooroo Auto a try when you in need of service or repair!”

“You responded to my request for a home service call. My wife and I returned from a vacation trip about 10 hours earlier, before trying to start my car. My car's battery was dead. You jumbled schedules to get me a new battery installed promptly. I really appreciate your fast service. Please advise George that I wanted to give him a tip. But.... having just returned from my trip I had no cash on hand to give him. I let him depart without a tip that he deserved!”
