“I find Open Listings very useful in tracking listings. The feature of being able to find out "the story" directly from Open Listings regarding a status change of a property is very helpful. Offering a "discount" if purchasing properties through Open Listings is also a bonus.”

“The site is really user friendly; informative but not overwhelming like some other sites. The team are mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your own research, and also super responsive the minute you're ready to move forward. Customer Service is excellent, as are the listing agents they use to show you around properties. It's a much less aggressive approach than traditional realty which definitely reduced my stress levels throughout the process.”

“I must say, I use Open Listings everyday!! Having my feed filled on an hourly basis lets me see what's available in all of the areas I am interested in. I use Open Listings in conjunction with other available resources, but this is the one I always come back to. The maps are clear and the photographs enlarge so that I can see every detail!”

“We began our home search with the big websites but I preferred the features and feed options to Open Listings. We ended up using an agent but we sent him homes from Open Listings that we wanted to look at. I also notice that Open Listings was updated much more quickly than the other real estate sites. We purchased a home and it's listed as Sold on Open Listings a couple days after we closed. The other sites still show it as "off market" and it's been weeks. I liked that I could list area codes I was interested in and not just an area I draw on a map.”
