“I love the frames. The mats were missing from two of my frames but the issue was quickly solved when i contacted customer service. I would like it if frame backs without the easel were available to buy for the smaller frames or that we would could choose the frame backing type (with easel or without) depending if we want to hang them or not.”
“I ordered the print with a frame thinking it would come framed. Instead, there was a cheap frame wrapped in plastic and the print itself was put between 2 pieces of cardboard that had been cut from another box and taped together which looked like added packing. The cardboard was slightly bent which made a slight crease in the print which was not even in a plastic sleeve to protect it. If I hadn’t thought to look between the cardboard, I might’ve thought they forgot to include the print.”
