“Ordered three 19¾x27½ black oak frames with posters and one 5x7 gold metal frame with poster. Shipping took about 1.5 weeks to the west coast of Canada. Overall I am very happy with the product. Frames were packaged very well in plastic and all corners were protected with foam padding; the plexiglass had protection on both sides. I went over the oak frames with a fine tooth comb and found no imperfections. All corners were perfectly joined, there were no gaps or separation in the wood. Overall I am really impressed with the frames and I like that the oak grain is visible. The posters were shipped in a packaging tube. Being that some of the posters I ordered were larger, unrolling them from the tube took a little finessing and I ended up putting a small crease in one of them (not very noticeable). The paper is a little on the thin side so you have to be careful, but if you're putting it in a frame like me you won't be able to tell. The prints were a little expensive for what they are - almost the same price as the frame. The quality of the print itself is good and does not smudge. I feel the packaging could have included some useful tips/tricks or basic instructions for setting it up and hanging.”
