“C'était la première fois que je magasinais les cadres sur Opposite Wall et j'avais quelques doutes par rapport au fait d'avoir du plexiglas au lieu d'une vitre. J'ai écrit au service à la clientèle et Alexandre m'a convaincu de lui donner une chance. Effectivement, le look est impeccable et le rapport qualité-prix est bon. J'en ai recommandé un autre depuis! Merci!”

“The frames are beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was very fast (2 days) and I appreciated the tracking. My only complaint is that one of the frames had a noticeable scratch on the glass, otherwise all perfect.”

“Wonderful frames at great prices. Ships fast and I had an issue with a crack in the plexiglass and within two minutes of emailing them they had already sent me a new one, no questions asked. Seriously the best customer service I’ve experienced! I’m so excited to hang my frames”

“I ordered the Rose Gold Metal Frame, 24x36 in, and the frame was great but the plexiglass arrived with a crack that appeared to have happened during manufacturing. I notified them and they promptly sent a new one. The new one arrived damaged as well due to lack of packaging in the box so I repeated the process and the last one arrived with a scratch on the glass. I didn't want to continue to get new ones so they refunded my money. I will say the service was wonderful but the product quality was very poor.”

“I ordered two 12x19 frames that fit my art prints perfectly. They look sharp and were easy to open/close. I do wish the cover was glass rather than plexi but for the price they’re great. Ordering was simple and shipment came in quickly with no issues.”

“I had ordered two identical frames and one arrived broken. It was not noticeable when wrapped but once I removes the Styrofoam in the corners, the actual wood had a natural crack in it which had expanded and made the corner crack as well. I immediately wrote to the customer service and included pictures. The following morning I received an email saying that they had shipped me a new one and that the pictures I sent actually accelerated the process! Great customer service :)”

“These frames are EXACTLY what I was looking for. The variety of frame sizes is spectacular and a better selection than most places I’ve seen and the prices are so good, especially for the high quality of the product. The shipping was also incredibly fast. I placed my order in the morning, my frames shipped that afternoon and then I got my frames the very next morning. I couldn’t be happier with everything about my experience with Opposite Wall.”
