I'm not at home right now (I'm at work) so I'm unable to provide a picture of the broken frame. Also, I reached out to customer service yesterday but have not heard back yet.”
“I have requested a return for my purchase. Part of the reason for the return request is that the frame is not performing as expected. After carefully removing the film from the acrylic and placing my art in the frame, I noticed a lot of particles between the acrylic and the art. I removed the art and dusted the acrylic; this scratched the acrylic. Using a feather duster, I tried to clean the frame and the acrylic but to no avail. Particles still remain, as the frame seems to be shedding small pieces of wood.
I purchase three two-packs and would like to return the entire shipment. I will leave it to your discretion if you choose to refund all or a portion of my purchase.”
