“As a trade partner, I've been disappointed with Opposite Wall. Their wallpapers are beautiful but they do not always match online photos and samples. We ordered for a client and what we received was drastically different and duller, and there was no accountability from our trade rep. Their online calculator was also wrong, so not only did we have to pay for another roll, we also had to pay for our installer to come back a second date, all with no help or support from customer service. This is not what we are used to as interior designers working with trade partners.”

We recommend purchasing a sample of the same wallpaper material to avoid this from happening. Our two wallpaper material do not have the same white which do not absorb colors the same way.
It is also important to count for overages, especially when not placing the wallpaper yourself. We tried to make our wallpaper as easy to use as possible so anyone can install it following our guide!
