“In general the experience was excellent, and customer service great. Easy to order, fast delivery. I unfortunately had to return my frame because it didn't work with the other ones I already had. I ordered the 24x36 white metal frame. The colour of the white was more of an off-white/slightly creamy so it didn't work with the other white frames I had. Note that it also had a little bit of a "grainy" texture (was not smooth) but that didn't really bother me. The quality was good and the return process super easy. I would definitely order from them again!”

“Amazing quality especially for the price & the pictures are beautiful. Definitely will purchase more! Only suggestion would be to make tracking easier for peace of mind - I was unable to see where my package was & I was never informed when the package arrived.”

“One (the largest) out of the 3 frames I have ordered is cracked and broken (wood). Will see with Opposite Wall what kind of resolution I can get. Update: I had originally given only 2 stars but I send this information by messenger to Opposite Wall and they will send me a replacement frame. So I am updating my review to 4 stars”
