“I ordered the Rose Gold Metal Frame, 24x36 in, and the frame was great but the plexiglass arrived with a crack that appeared to have happened during manufacturing. I notified them and they promptly sent a new one. The new one arrived damaged as well due to lack of packaging in the box so I repeated the process and the last one arrived with a scratch on the glass. I didn't want to continue to get new ones so they refunded my money. I will say the service was wonderful but the product quality was very poor.”

“I had ordered two identical frames and one arrived broken. It was not noticeable when wrapped but once I removes the Styrofoam in the corners, the actual wood had a natural crack in it which had expanded and made the corner crack as well. I immediately wrote to the customer service and included pictures. The following morning I received an email saying that they had shipped me a new one and that the pictures I sent actually accelerated the process! Great customer service :)”
