“I ordered 3 dark oak 16" x 20" frames and 1 gold 8" x 10" frame which came much more quickly than expected - a pleasant surprise! One oak frame I got hand some minor water-like stains (whitish splotches) on one side, and another oak frame had a small hole which looks like a natural part of the wood. I don't really mind it, but would've liked them a little more polished. With this said, I would order again due to the ease of purchase and receipt. Thank you!”

“I ordered and received two 24x36inch gold frames, which were delivered in good time. This was a pretty well-made frame, for a decent price point, but I am so disappointed that it's not a true gold colour. It's definitely a rose gold, which I didn't feel was represented in the website photo and also doesn't fit with my decor. I am using them anyway and hope to get around to spray painting them a yellow gold when I find the time. If you're after rose gold, this could be a great frame for you. My second issue was the plexiglass (while I'm happy is not breakable, so it could get to me in one piece), which has a crazy glare to it, and my living room doesn't even get any direct sunlight! I just wish so bad that I could put the protective film it came with back on, so I could actually see my art (and not just the glare) in daylight. Opposite Wall, you might want to make a suggestion somewhere to have leaving the film on at least one side as an option for those who want a more matte, non-glarey finish for their art. The sticker on the plexiglass saying to make sure you take off the film before use made me not think twice before removing the film.”
“The quality of the wood and the quality of the paint job greatly carried from frame to frame. I needed to sand and paint 4 frames for additional consistency, as even the four sides of a frame greatly varied. I really wanted to love the product as I love supporting a company based in Canada and using FSC wood, but I would likely not order again.”
“I bought 3 oak frames and they are gorgeous!!! Only 4 stars because the plexiglass is very shiny/reflective and that doesn't show in the boutique pictures. I hope they bring in matte plexi-glass for an option for the frames. Other than that I would buy from here again, lots of beautiful items and love the styling.”
