“I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses that were polarized and progressives as well. It was a complicated prescription and did take longer than stated. When I would call to inquire. They always got back to me quickly and when the prescription was ready they shipped them express at no charge to me.”

“I broke two sets of glasses with lenses that came with a "replaced for free if broken for any reason" warranty. Well one had damaged frames, not lenses when I fell asleep wearing them and I drove over the other set with my car accidentally. I told them exactly this and they replaced them both. It took a few emails and an $18 processing fee but they did it!”

“webpage is easy to use and prices are execellent, have good range of lens options to, including multifocal. Higher index perscriptions can take longer for delivery and being able to track the status of your order can be challanging at times. Products are quite good, I did have an issue with one of the frames I ourcahsed, but Optically offered to replace it free of chanrge which is good service. Overall pretty happy and would recommend as a very cost effectove way to get more glasees.”
