“I love coming to Optimum Health on 109st. It's a special time for me to care for myself. I love using the refill station for my deoderant. The staff is always so knowledgeable and kind. I was looking for probiotics and the employee was very helpful in finding something that would work for me after taking antibiotics. Looking forward to my facial at the Koyla Naturals Spa next week. Thank-you!”

“Optimum Health is a treasure trove of all things Earthly and full of goodness. It is like a second home for my daughter and I as we Have been visiting it since it had a little cafe. As my daughter has grown up we both have a lovely connection with the family of sweet, kind, welcoming staff that work there and have worked there through the years. Apart from being a goodness trove the open spaces and shop layout bring a brightness and lightness to the space, adding a joyful warmth! It’s a favourite ✨”
