“While I was disappointed that there wasn't enough stock to fill my order, I was pleased with the follow-up that I had. I would make one suggestion: I would update my website to indicate how much of a product is available, instead of a potential customer getting just getting redirected back to the order form. I was tempted to find another source, but instead I decided to chat with the customer service and mention there was a possibility the website had some hick-ups. She followed up with another email telling me there was limited stock in, so I ordered what you had left.”

“My order arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged for shipping. Everything I ordered was in perfect condition. I loved the extra little gifts. I really felt like this order was specially packaged for me and appreciated the extra effort. Very classy. I will now check out other items I can order from KOLYA. So nice to find a company who cares about their customers.”

“Package arrived in good time. Presentation was beautiful, with thoughtful samples included. The invoice was aesthetically pleasing with your wax seal. I could tell that a lot of thought and care went into putting the package together. The cloths are well made, soft, with perfect serging. Will buy again :)”
