“I appreciate the ability to shop online and then pick up in-store. As I walk for most errands, being able to pick up items at my local (Edmonton - Downtown) store makes a big difference in my life. Thank you for providing this service.”

“I love the herbal tea that I ordered and the customer service is great! When I received my package it was beautifully wrapped but some of it was plastic which is specifically what I am trying to avoid when buying my teas loose. Overall, would order again but a little bit bummed out by the excess plastic.”

“You are quite reachable with your chat service. Made purchasing from you a breeze. In the end, one of the clip top mason jars was just too big for my cupboards. I have to live with it because returning it would cost more than the jar itself.”

“to be perfectly honest.... I didn't find the "bergamot" oil to be nearly as intense in flavour and fragrance as I expected. I'm a lover of all citrus and have been drinking Stash DOUBLE BERGAMOT Earl Grey tea for years so I'm very familiar with the taste and smell. When I opened the bottle I could barely discern the "bergamot" so was a bit disappointed. The "lemon" extract was more in line with what I expected.”

“The package was delivered beautifully with some extra treats inside. I really appreciated that. The only thing I wasnt very happy with was how my seabuckthorn oil was wrapped. The lid was sealed with white electricians tape which wasnt very effective at keeping the oil in the bottle. The bottle was bubble wrapped as expected but the white tape was a little baffling. I lost about a teaspoon of product. Hoping for better next time. Was planning to email customer service this weekend so am happy i received this request for a review! Thanks.”

“While I was disappointed that there wasn't enough stock to fill my order, I was pleased with the follow-up that I had. I would make one suggestion: I would update my website to indicate how much of a product is available, instead of a potential customer getting just getting redirected back to the order form. I was tempted to find another source, but instead I decided to chat with the customer service and mention there was a possibility the website had some hick-ups. She followed up with another email telling me there was limited stock in, so I ordered what you had left.”
