“I was pleasantly surprised to be talking to not only knowledgablw but also very polite and pleasant individuals, namely Karin on the phone after teslizing that my online order was rejected due to me not receiving emails asking for my confirmation. “I've been doing my supplement shopping here for nearly as long as the store has been around. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff help me locate what I'm looking for, even if it's not on the shelf. Inventory selection and service are great so I keep coming back. Even the online shopping system here has worked very well the few times I've used it.”

“I am a regular visitor to the spa and I have been a customer for over 5 years…Sarah has the most amazing gift, and she blesses me with it ❤️ After my appointments I always walk through the store and everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and joyful. They are all legitimately happy to be there and it shows!”

“The lady who served me at Optimum Health was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me find what I was looking for. She was able to make alternate suggestions when they didn't have a product in stock, and also offered to order the product I wanted if they didn't have it. Optimum also has a variety of brands and products that are very hard to find in your average health store.”
