“I found the experience to be exceptional! The staff went above and beyond my expectations. Mistakenly I had my order go to a location rather than my home. It was a Friday and delivery would not happen until Tuesday being a long weekend. To my pleasant surprise, late Friday afternoon I recieved a beautiful package at my front door! Everything I ordered was there plus fun samples! This was a first class experience and I am now looking forward to ordering more in the future 💖.”

“I’ve been ordering from Kolya Naturals for a few years and will continue. The prices are fair, the shipping is very quick (and free over $59!) and they always drop in a few fun surprises! The presentation inside the box is eco friendly yet beautiful and it always makes me happy to open it. “The product lines Kolya carries is the best in Canada in my opinion. I’ve been to Detox Market and checked out other places that carries natural lines and Kolya has the most extensive selection. The staff are incredibly helpful and the sampling program is such a nice bonus. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars over the years only to be disappointed because I couldn’t try the product first and Kolya is wonderful for this and keeps me a loyal customer.”

“I was looking for some fermentation supplies and was happy to find them at a Canadian shop. I looked at a lot of their other products too and was impressed. They seem to be carefully choosing sustainable products to offer. My parcel was well packed and came with 4 personal care samples as well! Will order again and will make a point to visit the brick and mortar store when I am there.”
